Cannabis Pharmacy is committed to processing and shipping your order as quickly and accurately as possible. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered when placed through CannabisPharmacy.com.

1. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is successfully received. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major holidays.

During promotions, holidays, product launches, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you using the email address or phone number provided at checkout.

2. Shipping Availability

We currently ship within the United States only, where permitted by law.

Cannabis Pharmacy reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order that cannot legally be shipped to the destination provided. Certain products may be restricted from shipment to specific states or local jurisdictions based on applicable law or carrier limitations.

THCA products cannot be shipped to the following states, per state guidelines: Arkansas, Idaho, Minnesota, Oregon, and Rhode Island.

3. Age Requirement

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old and legally permitted to purchase the products in your jurisdiction.

4. Shipping Methods and Delivery Estimates

Shipping options and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates begin once the order has been processed and transferred to the carrier.

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, holidays, address errors, inventory delays, or compliance review.

5. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout unless your order qualifies for a shipping promotion. Any free shipping offer applies only as shown on the website at the time of purchase and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

6. Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout when available. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.

7. Restricted Products and Shipping Locations

Some products sold on CannabisPharmacy.com are not available for shipment to certain states. Customers are responsible for knowing the laws of their destination state before placing an order. We reserve the right to cancel any order that appears to violate shipping restrictions or applicable law.

8. Incorrect Addresses and Returned Packages

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal by the recipient, we may:

  • require additional shipping charges before reshipment
  • issue a refund minus original shipping and handling costs
  • cancel the order, where appropriate

9. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier’s handling and timelines. Cannabis Pharmacy is not responsible for:

  • carrier delays after shipment
  • packages marked delivered but not received
  • theft after delivery
  • delays caused by weather, holidays, or events beyond our control

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, contact us at support@cannabispharmacy.com and we will make reasonable efforts to assist.

10. Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@cannabispharmacy.com. Please include your order number and clear photos of the package and product so we can review the issue.

Return Policy

Return Policy
Effective Date: March 25, 2026

At Cannabis Pharmacy, we want you to have a great experience with every order. Due to the nature of many of the products we sell, including consumable and wellness products, this Return Policy explains when returns, replacements, store credit, or refunds may be available.

1. Consumable Products

Because many products sold by Cannabis Pharmacy are ingestible, consumable, or otherwise regulated, all sales are final on opened or used items.

We do not accept returns on opened, used, or partially used products.

2. Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To request help, email support@cannabispharmacy.com and include:

  • your order number
  • a brief description of the issue
  • clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label, if applicable

If approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

3. Unopened Non-Consumable Merchandise

If Cannabis Pharmacy offers non-consumable merchandise such as apparel, accessories, or promotional items, unopened and unused items may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify, the item must be:

  • unused
  • unopened
  • in its original packaging
  • in resalable condition

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

4. Return Authorization Required

Please do not send products back without contacting us first.

Unauthorized returns may be refused, discarded, or returned to sender without refund or credit.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they are processed for shipment. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

6. Refused or Undeliverable Packages

If an order is refused or returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal by the recipient, any refund may be reduced by:

  • original shipping charges
  • return shipping charges
  • handling fees where permitted

7. Subscription Orders

If you purchase a product through a subscription option, each recurring order is subject to this same Return Policy. Subscription orders that have already been processed may still ship even if the subscription is canceled afterward. The live site currently offers subscription pricing on some Cannabis Pharmacy products.

8. Refund Timing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days after approval for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
