What they found was that THCP is as much as 33x more effective than regular THC when binding to CB1 receptors in the brain. Additionally, THCP was nearly identical to THC, but it had a glitch, which might be the defining source of debate. In a nutshell, THCP contains seven carbon atoms, which makes it twice as binding as regular THC.

What Can It Do For You?

When it was originally studied by a team of researchers, it had the physiological effects of hypermobility and pain relief. They also suggested that it might be a great aid for those with insomnia.
