To start your return online, please enter the order number provided to you at the time of purchase and in your confirmation email, and the email address you provided during your purchase.

    • They will provide you with shipping instructions and a return authorization (RA) number.
    • For all products that were delivered in excess of the 30 days, sales are considered final.
    • All Special-Order products are non-refundable i.e. White Labels, Bulk (Raw Material) and Custom formula.
    • If you purchased from our online retail store, you must submit a Claim.

    • Follow the screen instructions and select the items you want to return
    • You will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines
    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 business days.
    • If any products arrive damaged, broken or part of your order is missing.
    • You must notify the Company within 3 days of delivery.
    • Pictures of damaged products must be sent to customer
    • A replacement product will be sent out within 5 days of approval.
    • Missing product claims will be compared to our shipping picture for approval.
