Subscription and Cancellation Policy
Cannabis Pharmacy offers subscription options on select products for customers who want recurring deliveries at discounted subscriber pricing. This Subscription and Cancellation Policy explains how recurring orders work.
1. Eligible Products
Only products specifically marked with a subscription option are eligible for recurring delivery. Subscription availability, product eligibility, pricing, discounts, and shipping benefits may change at any time.
2. Subscription Enrollment
By selecting a subscription option at checkout, you authorize Cannabis Pharmacy to charge your selected payment method automatically at the frequency chosen by you until your subscription is canceled, paused, skipped, or otherwise modified.
Available delivery intervals, if offered for a specific product, may include recurring shipments such as every 2 weeks, every 4 weeks, or every 6 weeks.
3. Subscription Pricing
Subscriber pricing and any subscription-related savings are shown on the product page and at checkout at the time you enroll. Promotional language, free shipping offers, and discount levels may vary by product or promotion and may be updated at any time.
If subscription pricing changes, the updated pricing will apply to future renewal orders after the change is posted or otherwise communicated to you, as permitted by law.
4. Recurring Billing
When you enroll in a subscription, your payment method will be charged automatically at the selected renewal interval unless you cancel before the next billing date.
If your payment method is declined, expired, or cannot be processed, we may attempt to reprocess the payment, notify you, pause the subscription, or cancel the subscription.
5. Managing Your Subscription
You may manage your subscription through your customer account, if available, or by contacting us at support@cannabispharmacy.com.
Subject to system availability, customers may be able to:
- pause a subscription
- skip a shipment
- reschedule a renewal order
- update payment or shipping details
- cancel a subscription
6. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next renewal order is processed. If a renewal order has already been processed or charged, that order may still ship and the cancellation will apply to future recurring orders only.

7. Subscription Order Returns
Subscription orders are subject to the same return and refund rules that apply to one-time purchases. Because many products sold by Cannabis Pharmacy are consumable, opened items are generally not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
8. Failed Deliveries and Address Errors
If a subscription shipment is returned because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal by the recipient, Cannabis Pharmacy may pause or cancel the subscription and may require updated shipping information before future renewals are processed.
9. Changes to or Termination of Subscription Program
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue our subscription program, or any part of it, at any time, including product eligibility, discount levels, shipping benefits, billing intervals, and subscriber perks.
