- Within 30 days of receipt of your shipment

- Original shipping charges is non-refundable
- All standard products come with a 30-day, money-back guarantee for a new and unopened product based on the delivery date as provided by the shipper.
- To receive a refund, please utilize the Chat Function in the bottom right corner of your screen.
- For all products that were delivered in excess of the 30 days, sales are considered final.
- All Special-Order products are non-refundable i.e. White Labels, Bulk (Raw Material) and Custom formula.
- If you purchased from our online retail store, you must submit your Return Request through the Chat.
- We have a brand new chat function in the bottom right corner of your screen that can help you with and questions about Orders or Returns!
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 business days.
- Orders are eligible for an Exchange if any products arrive damaged, broken or part of your order is missing.
- You must notify the Company within 3 days of delivery.
- Pictures of damaged products must be sent to customer support@cannabispharmacy.com.
- A replacement product will be sent out within 5 days of approval.
- Missing product claims will be compared to our shipping picture for approval.
