Broad/Full Spectrum CBD?
- CBD (cannabidiol) is a compound that comes from the hemp plant.
- CBD is a non-psychoactive compound, as opposed to the compound THC (Delta-8 THC, Delta-9 THC, Delta-10 THC).
- Broad Spectrum CBD denotes that the total THC content of the CBD Gummies is within Non-Detectable levels.
- Full Spectrum CBD Gummies contain trace amounts of Delta-9 THC, meaning there are small levels of THC present.
How Does Broad Spectrum CBD Feel?
The general consensus is that CBD delivers a mild-strong level of relaxation and stress relief when taking CBD daily. Everybody is different, therefore your personal experience will depend on a variety of factors. This can include your own tolerance or sensitivity toward Delta-9 THC, the quantity taken, the type of product, quality, and more, so exercise caution and start with small amounts.
What is Delta-9 THC?
Delta-9 THC is a compound that comes from the hemp plant. Although slightly different than Delta-8 THC, Delta-9 THC has a molecular structure similar to Delta-8 THC. It is a stronger option than Delta-8 THC, so the typical user will try Delta-9 THC for relaxation.
Are Delta-9 THC Gummies Legal?
Delta-9 THC is federally legal under the 2018 Farm Bill. However, the following states consider Delta-8 THC to be illegal: Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Delaware, Idaho, Iowa, Mississippi, Montana, Rhode Island, and Utah. Please consult the laws of your state prior to purchasing any THC product.
What Does Delta-9 THC Feel Like?
Personal experience will depend on a variety of factors, for instance, your own tolerance or sensitivity toward THC Gummies, the quantity taken, the type of product, quality, and more. The general consensus is that Delta-9 delivers a stronger level of intoxication than its Delta-8 THC counterpart, but both compounds contain the same range of effect depending upon dosage.
Important Product Notes
In December of 2018, the 2018 Farm Bill was signed into law. Therefore, it removed hemp, defined as cannabis (Cannabis sativa L.) and derivatives of cannabis with extremely low concentrations of the psychoactive compound delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) (no more than 0.3 percent THC on a dry weight basis), from the definition of marijuana in the Controlled Substances Act (CSA).
Due to recent revisions to the Prevent All Cigarette Trafficking ("PACT") Act, all vape related products are now considered Electronic Nicotine Delivery Systems ("ENDS") and are regulated in all ways tobacco and cigarettes are regulated. Manufacturers and other sellers are no longer permitted to ship any kinds of vape products directly to consumers. To purchase this product, please request it from your local retailer of choice.
