The taste is atrocious when its melting on your tongue, my friend was losing their mind laughing at me as the tablet took an entire hour to melt on my tongue and I was struggling to not puke from the taste of melting a Tylenol or any other kind of pill on your tongue, but then add an entire cup of sugar and no other flavor. If I let it dissolve instead of chewing it's more effective. The taste is pretty nasty, but not different from my dissolvable Zofran. So to me it's just medicinal... And works very fast.
